Do I need to be home when you come?
No — you don’t need to be home. Our team handles everything independently. To make sure access goes smoothly, you’ll receive three texts: one the day before your visit, one at 7am the morning of, and one when we’re on our way. All we need is access to your gate.
What do you do with the waste?
We bag everything and deposit it in your garbage can. We leave your yard clean and tidy — nothing is left behind.
What happens if it’s raining?
We scoop in light rain without issue. If conditions are severe, we’ll text you that morning to reschedule or offer a refund for that visit if rescheduling isn’t possible.
Do I need to bring my dog inside?
Yes — our default is that dogs stay inside during the visit. If our team has already met your dog and both are comfortable, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
How much does it cost?
Pricing for our weekly, twice-monthly, and monthly plans is listed on our website. For specialty services — including twice-weekly visits, deodorizing, concrete cleaning, and one-time or initial cleanups —
